Our Story & Mission

I'm Nathan Patnam, Founder and President of Beyond The Lecture. I graduated from Wofford College in December 2019 with a B.A. in Computer Science and currently work as a software engineer at Uber.

I learned a lot in school and was fortunate to spend many summers interning at places like Microsoft, UnitedHealth Group, & Salesforce. I would not be where I am today without having great mentors and going through these work experiences.

Being able to give back after I graduated is the primary motivation for why I founded Beyond The Lecture. Our mission is to help Wofford computer science students reach their goals in the tech space.
