Applications For The 1st Annual Raju Patnam Computer Science Scholarship Are Open

A few months ago, I was awarded the Dan W. Olds Computer Science Award, an award given to one graduating computer science student every year for contributing the most to the computer science department. The award winner is given a trophy and $500. Rather than keeping the $500, I decided to match that amount and create a $1000 scholarship. In addition to the monetary award, I'll help anybody who applies with resume prep, applying to internships, offering referrals to companies I worked at, or really anything to help you succeed in reaching your goals.

I don't want to toot my own horn here, but many of the people I have mentored over the past 6 months have started getting interviews and offers. In the long run, the mentorship may be worth more than the monetary award, but money never hurts :).
